Professional experience:

She has been with Sadkowski i Wspólnicy Law Firm since December 2022. Along with her team, she handles cases related to immigration law, legalization procedures, issues concerning non-EU citizens and the legalization of residence and employment of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Her other interests include arbitration law and amicable resolution of investment-related disputes.

Education:

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She received her Master of Laws degree after successfully defending her thesis entitled: “Arbitration Tribunal rulings in the field of renewable energy investments: legal and comparative analysis with examples of cases in selected countries of the European Union”.
