Professional experience:

Specialist with 15 years of experience in tax law, gained in tax consulting firms and tax administration agencies. He honed his skills working for revenue offices (including a specialist revenue office handling high-earning entities) and in a tax chamber, at departments dealing with controlling, tax proceedings and tax audits.

He also enhanced his tax expertise at a major consulting and advisory firm and a multinational corporation.

He successfully uses his innate inquisitiveness and ability to argue, backed by his tax administration experience, in disputes with tax administration bodies to bring about a favorable settlement for the client. His knowledge and analytical skills have been confirmed by his leading position in a ranking list of civil service qualification exam results.

Education:

He graduated in Administration and completed a postgraduate study programme in Taxation at the University of Wrocław. His master’s thesis entitled: “Protection of the taxpayer in tax proceedings under the Constitution and general provisions of the Tax Ordinance”, won a special mention in a competition for the best M.A. thesis.

He has taken part in numerous training programmes in tax law, tax procedure, as well as the methods and techniques of collecting evidence.
