He represents clients in courts of general jurisdiction and in the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. Damian drafts legal opinions concerning broadly defined civil law, in particular on issues relating to the law of obligations. He took part in the process of negotiations and sale of shares in LOT CATERING Sp. z o.o., a Warsaw-based company. He provides advice to clients compiling and negotiating all types of contracts within the framework of construction processes, drafts legal opinions and represents clients in construction and payment disputes. Damian Wasik provides legal assistance at the pre-trial stage by reviewing claims and assessing litigation risks; developing trial strategies; drafting briefs and opinions on contentious issues; and proposing measures to mitigate any identified litigation risks. He handles matters of interim injunctive relief – both before the trial and during pending litigation – in order to secure a client’s legal interests in the best and quickest possible way. He represents clients in proceedings pending before courts of general jurisdiction in all types of civil and commercial litigation. Damian handles comprehensive property title reviews, draws up all types of real property sale and purchase contracts and provides legal support for development projects. He provides legal support in construction projects at all stages of the construction process.


A legal adviser, admitted to practice law at the Regional Legal Advisers Association of Katowice, professional licence no. Kt-2804. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, a PhD student at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He completed judicial training.
