Professional experience:

She has been with the law firm Sadkowski and Partners since 2018. Previously, she gained experience in reputable law firms in the Silesian market.

In her practice, she specialises in commercial company law (including public companies) and M&A transactions. She advises on planning and directs corporate reorganisation and restructuring processes (transformations, mergers, demergers of commercial companies, asset allocation) in both large capital groups and family businesses.

She also provides comprehensive advice on M&A transactions, from pre-transaction due diligence with a particular focus on corporate issues through to transaction structuring and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. She supports clients in developing an effective corporate structure as well as day-to-day corporate services.

She manages a team of lawyers of the Commercial Law Department in the following branches: Katowice and Kraków.

Education:

Graduate of law studies and postgraduate studies in European Union law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Member of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. Graduate MBA student.
