Responsible for supervision and coordination of the work of the Labour Law Department, the Immigration Law Department and the Intellectual Property Law Department.

Partner at the Sadkowski i Wspólnicy Law Firm. She has over 14 years of experience in the field of labour law, providing comprehensive legal services for employers, both in the area of individual and collective labour law.

She has provided consultancy to some of the largest employers operating, among others, in the following sectors: banking, pharmacy, FMCG, railroad, aviation, construction, logistics, providing them not only with ongoing advice, but also representing them in court disputes. Within her practice, she has also supported employers in negotiations with social partners as part of collective disputes and collective bargaining agreements.

She is engaged in educational activities. Since 2016, a lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She has conducted open and closed trainings lectures in the area of labour law addressed primarily to HR directors at the largest companies. From November 2015, a co-founder of the “Paths of labour law” of the Polish Association of Human Resources Management (PSZK).

An author of articles published in Studies in labour law and social policy issued by the Jagiellonian University as well as in Rzeczpospolita and Gazeta Prawna.
