Anna Kulesińska has extensive experience in handling procedures and issuing opinions on matters that involve the goods and services tax, income taxes as well as interdisciplinary problems of civil and tax law and tax procedure. She has learned the ropes of her profession while working for major Polish tax consultancies. At Sadkowski i Wspólnicy Anna mainly provides day-to-day tax advice to large business organisations.
She has been successfully representing clients before tax authorities of both instances, and also in provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. She also assists clients during tax and revenue audits and in communication with tax authorities and revenue audit authorities at all stages of pending proceedings. She participated in a number of restructuring projects that involved day-to-day operations of taxpayers, and in projects that aimed at the creation of investment structures. She also took part in and conducted many tax reviews. She wrote several press articles on current tax affairs.
A legal adviser, holder of a juris doctor degree. An expert in tax and administrative law. She completed law studies at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and a postgraduate programme in Tax Strategy at the University of Economics in Katowice.
