Professional experience:

The area of Marcin Frąckowiak’s specialty is labour and employment law. He has been representing clients before first and second instance courts in cases of labour and employment law, and social instance law.

Marcin’s experience extends to both labour and employment law. He provided advice in cases that involved staff recruitment, collective redundancies, individual dismissals, and workers’ claims against employers under employment relationships, including occupational injury and disease claims.

Marcin drafts employment contracts, managerial contacts, civil-law contracts, contracts for services with sole traders, and also any other types of contracts that may be used for the purposes of engaging individuals to perform work.

He drafts internal corporate regulations, including work regulations, compensation policies, corporate policies, operational standards.

Marcin provides advice on co-operation between employers and representatives of employees: labour unions and work councils.


A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia,

Marcin defended his master’s thesis on the resolution of industrial disputes in Polish labour law and received a “very good” grade.

He also received the bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Silesia.

Marcin is currently a legal adviser trainee with the Regional Legal Advisers Association of Katowice.

He also serves as a Board Member of the Silesia Branch of Ars Legis St. Ivo Helory Patron of Lawyers Association, a charity providing free legal aid to the poor.
