Professional experience:

He specializes in labour law. During the previous many years of practice, he gained experience in both individual and collective labor law, with a particular emphasis on the subject of trade unions. He has many years of extensive experience in the field of day-to-day legal advice, as well as in the field of client representation before common courts in disputes in the field of labor law.

Thanks to the cooperation with one of the largest trade unions in Poland, he gained experience in matters related to collective bargaining processes, creation and implementation of autonomous sources of labour law, collective disputes and group layoffs.

Education:

He is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and the Center for English and European Law (the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw).

A member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
