Professional experience:

At the beginning of her career, she dealt with enforcement proceedings and handling of bank receivables. Since 2017, she has been involved in bankruptcy and restructuring law. She is experienced in supporting both consumers and sole proprietors and commercial companies. She participated in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings on behalf of the representative, trustee, receiver, administrator and court supervisor. She also has experience in negotiating with creditors as part of restructuring.

Education:

A graduate of law at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw and administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.

She also completed postgraduate studies in restructuring and bankruptcy law and enterprise liquidation at Lazarski University in Warsaw.

In addition, she has participated in a number of training courses and conferences on bankruptcy and restructuring law organised, among others, by the Institute for Bankruptcy, Restructuring Law and Insolvency Research at Lazarski University and other subject-matter trainings.

She sees her future with the profession of restructuring adviser.
