Professional experience:
As one of the few legal experts in Poland, Czesław Sadkowski uses his thorough knowledge of international law to provide business clients with effective representation before the European General Court (previously, the Court of First Instance), the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, and courts in Russia, Ukraine, and Moldova. He was also involved in parliamentary works on the Railway Security Authority Act. Working alongside with the Commercial and Tax Law Department of Sadkowski i Wspólnicy, Czesław has handled multiple restructuring and privatisation processes, involving both State- and privately-owned companies. For instance, he oversaw the successful sale of Huta Częstochowa S.A., one of the biggest steelworks in Poland.
He works as a lecturer for major providers of professional education services and the Regional Legal Advisers Association of Opole; his educational specialities are commercial law, tax law and employment law.
Education:
Czesław Sadkowski, obtained a law degree at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. In 2003, he was admitted to practice law at the Regional Legal Advisers Association of Opole. In 2004 he completed a postgraduate programme in European Law at the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw. He also obtained (in 2014) an LLM degree in International Commercial Law from the Leon Koźminski University of Warsaw.
