Marta Owczarczyk specialises in public procurement law, public finances law and the broad category of economic and commercial law, including insolvency and rehabilitation law. She has vast experience in providing legal advice in public procurement law cases, which includes client representation before the National Board of Appeal and preparing draft agreements and reviews of contractual terms with the aim of mitigating legal risks a client may face. In cooperation with experts from other Firm’s departments, she provides end-to-end, best-in-class legal services for companies and institutions.
Education:
Marta is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and the Collegium of Management and Finance, a postgraduate programme in public procurement law and policy at the Warsaw School of Economics.
