Experience:

A trainee advocate in the Commercial Law and International Trade Department. Throughout the entirety of his professional career, he has been affiliated with the broad field of commercial law and M&A transactions. He also possesses experience in ongoing corporate support and capital group restructuring processes. His area of expertise extends to comprehensive legal support for investment processes (including private equity and venture capital transactions), notably involving the development and negotiation of investment agreements.

Recipient of subject-specific competitions organized by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. During his studies, he represented the Jagiellonian University as a team member in the competition in the field of international arbitration – Willem C. Vis Moot.

Previously, he also gained experience in other Krakow-based law firms specializing in commercial and business law.

Education:

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.

Since 2021, listed as a trainee advocate under the Bar Association in Krakow.
