Professional experience:

He has been involved in commercial, trade and tax law since the beginning of his career. He has gained practical knowledge both in Krakow law firms and other entities providing legal services to entrepreneurs, where he advised, among other things, on the creation of holding structures. As part of his practice, he has drafted investment agreements and participated in conducting legal audits and in M&A projects.

At our law firm, he provides, among others, ongoing corporate support to commercial law companies, advice on the broadly understood reorganisation processes of business entities (transformations, mergers, divisions of companies) and transactional advice, as well as creates structures to secure private assets.

Education:

Graduate of Law from the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University. Since January 2023, he has been a trainee attorney-at-law registered with the Krakow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

He is currently attending a post-graduate course in Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law organised by the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
